RETURNS


Purchases made through livandjess.com may be returned within 14 days of the original ship date for domestic customers, or 21 days for international customers. Refunds will be made in the form of store credit. Sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned. Items purchased using store credit are FINAL sale.


To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn, with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

*Gift cards, bodysuits, intimates, swim, items on sale, shoes and accessories may not be returned for a refund; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) was shipped. Exchanges are to be mailed back within 14 days of the original ship date.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, we will email you with a gift card for store credit. Items purchased using store credit are FINAL sale.


SHIPPING
To return your product, please email us at hello@livandjess.com so we can provide you with our return mailing address.

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. However, we are not responsible for international customs and duty delays or taxes. Please check your current country's rules and regulations before placing an order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
All packages are shipped via USPS. For help finding your lost or stolen packages, please contact your local USPS and provide them your tracking information which has been emailed to you. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once it has been labeled delivered via tracking
